Our one- and two-bedroom rental units are individually owned and decorated. Contemporary furnishings in light, tropical colors create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. You’ll feel like you’re staying in your second home, with complete linens and a fully equipped kitchen – stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and tons of other items so you can prepare your favorite meals and dine in. (Of course, with all the great restaurants close at hand, you’ll probably want a few “out” meals, too!)

The living and dining areas are roomy and comfortable, the perfect kind of place to sit back after a day at Siesta Key Beach or our refreshing pool, and read or watch TV or a movie.

All master bedrooms have a king or queensize bed and TV. Our two-bedroom units have a master bath in addition to a bathroom off the hall. There are ample closets in all bedrooms, and the bathrooms are large, clean and modern.

Most units have a screened lanai, with table and chairs, to enjoy the tropical breezes. (A few have incorporated the lanai area into an extended living room.) Awnings on all windows help keep the rooms cool in the summer months, and each unit has individual thermostat controls.

We provide local phone service, basic color cable, and either a DVD or VCR player in all accommodations. All units have a covered ironing board and iron. Each unit has been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, but basic cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner, are provided, and a local cleaning service is available for hire.

Our friendly staff will be glad to answer your questions and help you access all the wonderful things to do in Our Area. Our office is staffed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, and our answering service can contact someone during off-hours in case of emergency.

The $300 Security Deposit is returned after departure, less damages. A 60-day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to assure a refund. Renters are responsible for the full time period reserved. Rates and tax subject to change. Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary.
